Donations can be in many forms, individual, corporate, planned giving, and for general program use, or specific projects. What they all have in common is that they help us achieve our mission, and they are greatly appreciated! Donations can be made online, or by mail. If you want your donation to go to a specific project, such as one of our stabilization projects, please note that on your donation. For more information about our projects please visit our “Projects” page. For more information about corporate or planned giving please call us at (760) 647-6564.

Volunteering

We rely heavily on volunteers. Our board of trustees are all volunteers that not only govern, but fill many roles in various action committees. Volunteers play an important role in helping us plan and put on special events, produce newsletters and calendars, and provide expert advice in areas such as IT, legal and fundraising. Volunteers also lead interpretive programs and help run the visitor centers during the summer. Contact us to find out more about volunteering with the Bodie Foundation, or visit CalParks.gov for more information about volunteering for State Parks at Bodie, Mono Lake, or Grover Hot Springs.
