Hours and Information Memorial Day to Labor Day:   8:00am to 7:00pm Remainder of the year:   8:00am to 4:00pm Hours may vary due to weather or season and are posted at all entrances. CLOSURE HOURS ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED FOR THE PROTECTION OF STRUCTURES AND ARTIFACTS. Bodie State Historic Park: 760-647-6445 Fees: $3 per person (17 and older), 16 and younger is $1 Dogs may accompany visitors into the townsite, but must be on a leash at all times. Directions Bodie is located in the Basin Range, east of the Sierra Nevada Mountains, about 13 miles East of U.S. Highway 395 in central California, via State Route 270 (the last 3 miles are unpaved).
