About Bodie Foundation Who is the       Bodie Foundation? We're a group of Bodie enthusiasts who raise money through planned capital campaigns for both general and specific projects. The Bodie Foundation is responsible for nonprofit operations inside Bodie State Historic Park, and we keep our operating expenses to a minimum through the dedication of a many volunteers so that nearly all of the funds raised can directly support Bodie projects. Our Mission The Bodie Foundation has evolved from a dedicated group of "modern-day Bodieites" who are concerned about Bodie's future. Our mission is to donate money and other resources directly to Bodie State Historic Park, with specific emphasis on raising funds to assist with interpretation, stabilization, conservation of artifacts, education and the continued protection of resources.
